ExtraHandz provides AI-powered agents for small and mid-sized businesses to assist with tasks such as social media posting, customer messaging, and operational coordination.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information for setting up and using the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and account details.

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

4. Content Ownership and Licenses

You retain ownership of content you provide.

You grant ExtraHandz a license to use, display, and post content as needed to deliver Services.

ExtraHandz retains ownership of its platform, AI agents, workflows, and generated materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment and Subscription

Services are provided on a subscription basis, with pricing as outlined in your agreement or on the ExtraHandz website.

Payments are due as specified in your billing cycle.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

6. Termination

You may cancel your Services at any time by providing written notice. ExtraHandz may suspend or terminate Services for violation of these Terms or for non-payment.
